Conversion of the listed Kontorhaus Mönckebergstr. 27 under consideration of the protection of historical monuments and the requirements of the Hamburg City Hall Market Ordinance. The formerly contiguous rental space on the ground floor and 1st floor will be divided into retail use on the ground floor and office use on the 1st floor, as well as an extension on the 2nd floor for office use.
The conversion measures on the ground floor include floor-to-ceiling windows for a restaurant and the creation of an atrium.
Due to the non-apparent statics in the existing building, a complicated closure of the large ceiling openings resulted.
