MOTEL ONE Kontorhaus
In the Kontorhaus district in the heart of Hamburg, The Cloud One is planning a new hotel with 457 rooms on eleven floors and 124 parking spaces on three underground parking levels. With different staggerings and terraces on the four uppermost floors, the building fits into the historic surroundings in terms of urban development.

A new office complex and a free-standing parking garage are being built in Heerdt, Düsseldorf’s westernmost district. The total investment volume amounts to around 80 million euros. For the project developers bema Group and ABG Real Estate Group, bicon is responsible for the property supervision of the six-story office building and the parking garage.
