Tucherpark

Tucherpark in Munich is one of the most important property projects in the Bavarian capital and combines tradition and modernity in a unique way. On behalf of Commerz Real, WBRE is acting as the overall controller and assuming an advisory role in order to guarantee the exacting standards of this far-reaching project. Tucherpark is situated in an exclusive location directly on the Isar river and is characterised by its architectural diversity and harmonious integration into the natural surroundings.

The project aims to sustainably revitalise and modernise the entire building complex. Particular emphasis is being placed on the flexible utilisation of the space in order to meet the different requirements of tenants from various sectors. From office space to catering and cultural facilities, Tucherpark will offer a diverse usage concept that will ensure the long-term attractiveness of the location.

WBRE’s role as the overall controller includes the comprehensive management and monitoring of project processes, the coordination of all partners involved and ensuring compliance with costs, schedules and quality specifications. In close consultation with Commerz Real and other project participants, WBRE supports all key processes and contributes significantly to the successful implementation of the project with its expertise.

Once completed, Tucherpark will not only function as a modern commercial and office location, but will also set new standards with its sustainable construction and attractive surroundings. The aim is to create a lively place that fulfils the requirements of companies, visitors and the city of Munich in equal measure.
