Completed in 2024 at Düsseldorf’s Kö-Bogen, The Cloud One Hotel comprises 157 rooms across seven floors, occupying around 70 percent of the building. The lower levels, including the ground and first floor, house retail spaces, with tenants such as Douglas and H&M Home.
From the hotel’s rooftop terrace, guests enjoy expansive views of the new urban quarter, including “Kö-Bogen 2” with its greened buildings, the Schauspielhaus, and the iconic Dreischeibenhaus. The building’s curved 4,000 m² glass façade, complemented by an inner wooden façade, creates a striking architectural feature, while both the roof areas and the courtyard façade have been landscaped with greenery.
The panorama bar on the 7th floor has quickly become one of Düsseldorf’s hotspots, offering guests an unmistakable view of the city and its innovative new district.
