At the location Ginnheimer Stadtweg 88 in Frankfurt, Deutsche Telekom AG is extensively modernizing its existing office spaces. The goal is a sustainable upgrade with state-of-the-art building technology, high energy efficiency, and modern work concepts. As the general planner, WBRE is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the project with comprehensive technical expertise.
The project includes the components ‘Riegel’ and ‘Rotunde,’ which, together with the ‘Kubus,’ form a distinctive complex around a covered inner courtyard. In the Rotunde, fire protection and building technology improvements will be implemented, while the Riegel will feature an open, bright office landscape with flexible workspaces, think tanks, and modern break areas.
A new fire protection concept, optimized cooling and ventilation technology, and the conversion to energy-saving LED lighting will ensure long-term efficiency, safety, and comfort – making the location ready for the future of work.
