On behalf of Ludger Inholte Projektentwicklung GmbH, the ‚Südkreuz Offices Berlin‘ (SKB) project was developed as part of the new ‚Schöneberger Linse‘ district directly adjacent to Südkreuz station. The ensemble consists of two office and commercial buildings, offering 19,700 m² of office space and 2,600 m² of retail space, and was designed by the Hamburg-based architecture firms Hadi Teherani Architects and pbp prasch buken partner architekten.
The project is part of the ‚Schöneberger Linse‘ urban district, which is emerging between Südkreuz and Schöneberg stations and combines living, working, and cultural spaces. Südkreuz Offices benefit from an excellent location with direct access to Südkreuz station, ensuring outstanding connectivity for companies and employees.
The office spaces were individually adapted to tenant requirements, built out to specification, and awarded a LEED Gold certification. The architecture is characterized by contemporary façades and flexible floor plans that meet the demands of a modern working environment.
WBRE was responsible for site supervision and quality assurance of the general contractor’s construction work. The property has been in operation since February 2022 and is now fully leased.
