The “Südkreuz Offices Berlin” (SKB) project was commissioned by Ludger Inholte Projektentwicklung GmbH and is part of the new Berlin district development “Schöneberger Linse” directly adjacent to Südkreuz station.
The complex consists of two office and commercial buildings with 19,700 m² of office space and 2,600 m² of commercial rental space and was designed by the Hamburg-based architectural firms Hadi Teherani Architects and pbp prasch buken partner architekten.
The office spaces were flexibly adapted to the respective tenant requirements, individually developed, and awarded a LEED Gold certification.
WBRE is responsible for construction supervision and quality assurance of the general contractor’s construction work.
The property has been in operation since February 2022 and is now almost fully leased.
