NYX Hotel

Investa Planungs- und Baugesellschaft has realised a modern new hotel building for NYX Hotels by Leonardo in a direct location on the Mittelkanal, not far from Hamburg’s main railway station. As a 3-star business hotel, the building comprises 236 rooms and a conference area of 107 m². The contemporary new building extends over a gross floor area of 10,700 m².

In addition to the lobby, the ground floor also houses a bar, restaurant, conference rooms and service areas. The five floors above offer 40 standard rooms per floor, while the 6th floor houses 4 suites with a view of the central canal in addition to the standard rooms.

Waterbound Real Estate (WBRE) was responsible for project management and property supervision and ensured that the hotel met the high standards of the client and the NYX brand. WBRE coordinated all processes between the partners involved, monitored compliance with construction quality and ensured that the project was completed on schedule.

The NYX Hotel Hamburg, which opened in summer 2023, is the brand’s first hotel in the Hanseatic city. The combination of high-quality construction, artistic design and a strong identity makes it a new highlight in Hamburg’s hotel landscape.
