Motel One has opened its 100th hotel on Schillerstraße in Munich, marking an important milestone.
As a partner in the tenant fit-out, we made a significant contribution to the successful implementation. The project features high-quality hotel rooms with innovative design and modern standards. Our scope of services included quality assurance and schedule control.
Thanks to close coordination with all parties involved, the project was completed on time and to the highest quality standards, providing Motel One with the best possible foundation for a successful launch.

In the Kontorhaus district in the heart of Hamburg, The Cloud One is planning a new hotel with 457 rooms on eleven floors and 124 parking spaces on three underground parking levels. With different staggerings and terraces on the four uppermost floors, the building fits into the historic surroundings in terms of urban development.

A new office complex and a free-standing parking garage are being built in Heerdt, Düsseldorf’s westernmost district. The total investment volume amounts to around 80 million euros. For the project developers bema Group and ABG Real Estate Group, bicon is responsible for the property supervision of the six-story office building and the parking garage.
