Who we ARE
We are an owner-managed project and construction management company with offices in Hamburg, Berlin,Munich, Frankfurt and Cologne. In the major German cities, we oversee the construction of residential and commercial buildings as well as the management of bespoke real estate investments for our clients and project partners.

Four
The FOUR project in Frankfurt, and in particular the façades of T2 and T3, are outstanding examples of modern architecture and engineering.
This construction project impressively demonstrates how the use of steel and reinforced concrete can meet both the structural and functional requirements of modern high-rise buildings. The FOUR project, centrally located on the Rossmarkt in the heart of Frankfurt, is being developed on the former e-Bank site and its striking architecture will characterise the city skyline.

MOTEL ONE Kontorhaus
In the Kontorhaus district in the heart of Hamburg, The Cloud One is planning a new hotel with 457 rooms on eleven floors and 124 parking spaces on three underground parking levels. With different staggerings and terraces on the four uppermost floors, the building fits into the historic surroundings in terms of urban development.

Trigon
A new office complex and a free-standing parking garage are being built in Heerdt, Düsseldorf’s westernmost district. The total investment volume amounts to around 80 million euros. For the project developers bema Group and ABG Real Estate Group, bicon is responsible for the property supervision of the six-story office building and the parking garage.

In the immediate vicinity of the Museumsinsel World Heritage Site in Berlin, the four-hectare city quarter forum is currently being built on the Museumsinsel. The buildings in the ensemble date from the late 18th century to the modern era, are mostly listed and grouped around a central square
