In the major German cities, we oversee the construction of residential and commercial buildings as well as the management of bespoke real estate investments for our clients and project partners.

J&T REAL ESTATE, one of Slovakia’s leading developers, has acquired the last major development in Europacity Berlin in 2023 and commissioned us with the project management.
Together with gmp International, the mixed-use development will be redesigned with flats, offices and commercial units. Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2024. In addition to project management, we are also responsible for construction management.

In the Kontorhaus district in the heart of Hamburg, The Cloud One is planning a new hotel with 457 rooms on eleven floors and 124 parking spaces on three underground parking levels. With different staggerings and terraces on the four uppermost floors, the building fits into the historic surroundings in terms of urban development.

A new office complex and a free-standing parking garage are being built in Heerdt, Düsseldorf’s westernmost district. The total investment volume amounts to around 80 million euros. For the project developers bema Group and ABG Real Estate Group, bicon is responsible for the property supervision of the six-story office building and the parking garage.
