J&T REAL ESTATE, one of Slovakia’s leading developers, has acquired the last major development in Berlin’s Europacity in 2023 and commissioned us with the project management for the realisation of the project.

Together with architects gmp International, we are redesigning the mixed-use development with flats, office space and commercial units. Construction is scheduled to start in the 3rd quarter of 2024. In addition to project management, we will also be responsible for construction management.
