Motel One Paris

Just 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, a new exhibition center is being planned – in the “Parc Expo Porte de Versailles” in the heart of Paris. A Motel One will be built in the new development, located directly on the “Peripherique” and offering direct access to the new exhibition center.

Paris-based architects Viguier are planning a closed glass facade facing the Peripherique and a more open glass facade with tiered, green terraces facing the residential area.

The hotel will have approximately 350 hotel rooms. The large roof terrace on the eighth floor offers a view of the Eiffel Tower and will also be accessible to the public, thus integrating the adjacent residential area. The building will comprise eight upper floors, retail space on the ground floor, and technical areas with ancillary rooms in the basement.
