In the heart of Berlin-Friedrichshain, the LXK Campus is taking shape as a forward-looking urban development project covering around 75,000 m². Two innovative buildings with flexible office spaces, community zones, and attractive green areas, along with an additional residential building, create new standards for working and living. Designed by MVRDV, the campus combines innovation, sustainability, and digitalization in construction: featuring sustainable building methods, an all-electric energy concept, CO₂-reduced concrete, rainwater management, and a well-thought-out mobility strategy.
As a central project partner, WBRE plays a key role in coordinating, supervising, and implementing all phases of construction. Together with Tishman Speyer, WBRE is driving digitalization in the construction industry, enhancing efficiency and transparency on-site through cutting-edge technologies.
A particular focus lies on the use of digital tools: with solutions like OpenSpace.ai, construction progress is visually documented and traceable at any time – for all project stakeholders. This approach underscores the leadership of WBRE in the digital transformation of the building industry and enables the precise, sustainable, and cost-efficient realization of this ambitious project.
