A multi-tenant property with around 7,000 m. of rental space is being created on a total gross floor area of around 9,700 m. in the former bank building. The project will create nine distinct rental units across seven upper floors and the ground floor. Floor plans can range from “Open Space” to cellular offices, offering a variety of layout options.
The underground garage will feature bicycle parking spaces, changing rooms with showers, and 26 car parking spaces. The building will also receive a BREEAM certification, expected to achieve a Good rating, reflecting its adherence to high standards and sustainable use of resources.
We are assisting Credit Suisse with this project in both project management and construction management.
