The new DEKA building in Frankfurt Niederrad combines sustainable architecture with modern work concepts. WBRE is responsible for project management and ensures, through regular controlling, that all processes are executed on time and within budget.

The building meets the requirements for the DGNB Gold certification and incorporates eco-friendly technologies. A photovoltaic system on the roof, the greening of approximately 3,900 m² of roof space, and the use of 100% renewable energy help reduce energy consumption and improve the urban climate. Smart building technology and a flexible space concept create a sustainable and comfortable work environment.
