Bramfelder Spitze

Directly opposite the Otto Group’s headquarters in HH-Bramfeld, a modern office building has been built over six floors with a total area of around 20,000 m² and a two-storey underground car park with space for more than 140 vehicles. The project was rounded off with a restaurant on the ground floor.

The A-shaped floor plan of the building designed by KPW Architekten was adapted to the triangular shape of the site at the top of the street. For the anchor tenant Akquinet, which had rented around two thirds of the office space, the A-shape for its new company headquarters was a happy coincidence. Together with the general contractor Aug. Prien, modern office space with flexible workstations and high design standards was realised here.

Completion and handover to the user took place in 2022, and since July 2024 the other office spaces have also been retrofitted and fully let.

WBRE was responsible for construction management as part of the project supervision in accordance with HOAI as well as ongoing user support.
