Berner Straße

In the east of Hamburg, two apartment buildings with a total of 31 residential units and approximately 2,620 m2 of living space are being constructed on the property at Berner Stra.e 25–29.

Of the 31 residential units in the two apartment buildings, 18 are located in the front building and 13 in the rear building. Additionally, an underground garage with 18 parking spaces and a greened roof is being built next to the building. A two-story bicycle parking facility with 89 spaces will be constructed between the two residential buildings, adjacent to which a playground of approximately 250 square meters is planned. The entire property will be enclosed by hedges and shrubs.

The apartments are distributed across a basement, two full floors, and two attic floors and will be delivered turnkey. The ground-floor units also include living spaces in the basement, which receive natural light through large light wells.
