Together with the project developer Norddeutsche Grundvermögen and the general contractor Goldbeck, two new five-story office buildings are being built on the old post office site
“Am Neumarkt 40” in Hamburg-Wandsbek on an area of approx. 14,600m², as well as an associated parking garage with approx. 320 parking spaces including truck parking areas. The construction site East (approx. 8,000m²GFA) will be taken over by HHVA (Hamburg Verkehrsanlagen GmbH). The West construction site (approx. 6,500m²GFA) will be occupied by a commercial tenant in the form of Coloplast GmbH for approx. 500 workplaces.
Due to the future connection to the S4, the new area is an excellent commercial space and location for future users.
The buildings will be awarded the DGNB “Gold” status.
Start of the new commercial areas is in the 3rd quarter of 2020.
Completion of construction field East is in the 1st quarter and construction field West in the 4th quarter of 2022.
