The Berlin hotel group DORMERO is moving to Nuremberg: together with TETRIS Grundbesitz AG, a new hotel with 83 rooms is being built at Großweidenmühlenstraße 36 – at the entrance to the historic city centre. The currently vacant office building will be extensively remodelled by the beginning of 2027 and will then open as the most modern and sustainable hotel in the region.

DORMERO has long pursued the goal of gaining a foothold in the Franconian metropolis. The breakthrough has now been achieved with TETRIS Grundbesitz AG, which already leases existing DORMERO locations and is owned by the Wöhrl family.
