The existing complex with 180 residential units is undergoing a remarkable transformation with the addition of two storeys and an additional 74 residential units with spacious roof terraces. An outstanding feature of this extension is the unobstructed view of the Alps from Füssen to Berchtesgaden, which is offered to the residents. The project is being realised in several construction phases. A special feature of this project is the extensive demolition work carried out in advance and the effective weather protection during the construction phase. Despite the challenging structural conditions and the fact that the floors below are inhabited, exclusive residential units with a pleasant living environment are being created here in a modern timber construction.

Underground car park extension and construction site logistics.

The project also includes the extension of the existing underground car park in a very confined space. The construction site logistics will be coordinated taking into account the structural conditions.
