WBRE is an owner-managed project and construction management company with offices in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin. In the major German cities, we manage the construction of sophisticated residential and commercial buildings for our clients and project partners as well as the management of customised property investments.
WBRE sees itself as the direct representative of the client in commercial and technical matters. The focus of all our projects is on economic thinking and acting within the framework of an assertive, experienced team. WBRE relieves the client of all delegable tasks and consistently stands up for his interests. We define all quantitative and qualitative project goals and project specifications with our clients in advance, which we then fully manage and coordinate throughout the entire duration of the project. However, these are not rigidly accepted, but are constantly scrutinised and put to the test in order to generate an economically and technically optimised product in the end.
