Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Construction Management / Full-time

We are currently looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) to join our project team and oversee our challenging projects in Hamburg.

Your tasks:

  • Support, consulting and representation of our customers
  • Assuming responsibility for the construction project in terms of quality, deadlines and profitability with competence and fun
  • Construction and project planning over all relevant phases of planning & realization
  • Ensuring comprehensive construction controlling
  • Project control according to AHO
  • Construction and quality controlling
  • Cost and schedule management
  • Assistance in the preparation of expert opinions (technical due diligence)

What we wish:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, or architecture
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management
  • Assertiveness, as well as tact in contact with the client
  • Committed, open and authentic appearance
  • Very good organizational skills, ability to work in a team and strong customer orientation
  • High level of initiative and independent, structured working style
  • Confident handling of all MS-Office applications incl. MS-Project
