Motel One Paris

Just 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, the new exhibition area ‘Parc Expo Porte de Versailles’ is emerging in the heart of Paris. A Motel One is being developed here, located directly on the ‘Périphérique’ and offering quick access to the exhibition grounds.

Parisian architects Viguier are designing a closed glass façade facing the Périphérique and a more open façade with green terraces facing the residential area. The hotel will feature 347 rooms and a rooftop terrace on the seventh floor, offering a spectacular view of the city. The terrace will also be publicly accessible and will integrate with the adjacent residential area. The building will have seven upper floors, retail spaces on the ground floor, and technical areas in the basement.

In its role as project manager for Motel One, WBRE is coordinating the hotel’s interior fit-out and representing tenant interests at the interface between the client, planners, and general contractors.
