CENTRAL PARX

With CENTRAL PARX, a groundbreaking project is being developed in Frankfurt’s banking district, directly adjacent to Rothschild Park, transforming the former BHF Tower into a modern, sustainable working environment. The distinctive complex will undergo comprehensive revitalization, blending the character of a historic bank headquarters with the requirements for flexible office and living spaces.

The building will be dismantled down to the structural framework to reconfigure escape routes, elevator systems, and floor plans. Key areas such as the pavilion and the studio on the ground floor will be largely preserved to maintain the original charm. The façade will be rebuilt and modernized in consultation with heritage protection authorities.

High-quality office spaces will be created, along with new outdoor and rooftop terrace areas. Approximately 40% of the space is already leased. Additional measures include the demolition and reconstruction of the 22nd and 23rd floors, including the technical floor in the tower. The two-story underground parking garage will also be thoroughly renovated.
