DORMERO Hotel

The Berlin-based hotel group DORMERO is expanding its portfolio and moving into the Franconian metropolis: Together with TETRIS Grundbesitz AG, a modern hotel with 83 rooms is being built at Großweidenmühlenstraße 36 – in close proximity to the historic old town. The previously vacant office building is undergoing extensive renovation and is scheduled to open in early 2027 as one of the most modern and sustainable hotels in the region.
DORMERO has been pursuing the goal of gaining a foothold in the Franconian metropolis for years. The breakthrough has now been achieved with TETRIS Grundbesitz AG, which leases existing DORMERO locations and is owned by the Wöhrl family.
The hotel will be the flagship of the DORMERO Group and offer five-star quality in an outstanding location. With a construction volume of 12 million euros, the project will make a significant contribution to the hotel and tourism landscape in the region.
