Quatier 111, Köln

The office campus "Quartier 111" will be built in the Braunsfeld district of Cologne in the coming years. On a site area of around 17,300 square meters, TAS Quartier 111 GmbH & Co. KG is realizing four buildings, each with seven stories approx. 26 meters high and a gross floor area above ground of approx. 45,000 m². Special emphasis is placed on sustainability in this project. The buildings will be certified LEED Gold and will be constructed according to the KfW-55 standard. In addition to roofs greened with photovoltaic systems, there will be car and bike sharing as well as e-charging stations.
