Master Planning

As general planner, we take over the complete planning process and the supervision of the implementation as well as the organization of the construction project. From the very beginning, we provide our clients with a competent and innovative team with whom we jointly assume project responsibility and offer interface-free coordination from a single source.

With increasingly complex coordination and organization tasks, not only in large-scale projects, the number of specialist planners involved continues to increase. As general planners, we offer the possibility of minimizing the associated risks.

From design, planning, project management and controlling to the ready-to-occupy building, we establish processes that interlock. This enables us to bundle all the services required for the construction project. We implement the goals set with long-standing and close partners as well as with a motivated team.

Thanks to BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, we can also digitally coordinate a wide range of experts - such as structural engineers, building services engineers, facade planners, acousticians, fire protection experts and many others - in a single building model.

BIM enables all players in the general planning team to access the same planning data and exchange information quickly. As BIM managers, we ensure an optimal workflow of the participants in the digital project execution and control the entire BIM process in close coordination with all parties involved.

We adapt our services and tasks to the wishes and needs of our clients, project-specific in scope and according to service phases. In addition to the classic planning services, the entire project management is also part of the possible scope of services. We take on original client tasks in the areas of quality, costs, deadlines and contracts. Furthermore, our tasks include the support of tenants and final purchasers as well as the financing banks.
