In City West at Kurfürstendamm 206-209, a new urban quarter is being built on a site area of almost 20,000 m² with space for retail, hotel, office, theater, fitness, food market, 4D cinema, museum, parking garage, kindergarten and gastronomy. We are responsible for the construction management including the overall scheduling and the detailed scheduling as well as the construction logistics. Due to the high-density city location, the project places very high demands on the planning and handling of supply and disposal logistics. The key to the successful realization of the project is the conversion of the existing 21-story high-rise building from the 1970s. Together with the planning team and the executing companies, WBRE is coordinating this work. In 2024, the gradual commissioning and opening with the theater "Komödie am Kurfürstendamm" should take place.
