Ku`damm Eck

The Ku'damm Eck at the intersection of Kurfürstendamm 227-228, Joachimsthaler Straße and Augsburger Straße is one of the most distinctive buildings in the western center of Berlin in terms of urban development. The retail and hotel complex is being converted into an office and commercial building by CENTRUM Group and RFR.

The building will be converted from a former luxury hotel into a pure high quality office and commercial building. The ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, where the textile store C&A has its business premises and retail space, will be redesigned and supplemented with additional retail outlets.

On the 3rd floor to 11th floor, the conversion will create high-quality office space.

The aluminum louvered facade, which is important for the building's design and identification, will be retained as far as possible. The façade elements will be redesigned for the expanded use on the ground floor and 1st floor. The facade areas facing Kurfürstendamm and Joachimsthaler Strasse will be restructured on these two floors.
